Ross Eardley is
a 1975 graduate of Brigham Young University earning
a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. In June 1975, he began his
public accounting career with the national accounting firm, Alexander
Grant & Company (now Grant Thornton). Ross was one of the founders when
McMullen, McPhee & Company was formed in September 1982. He has more
than 31 years of experience serving a variety of clients in numerous
industries -- providing them with audit as well as tax and consulting
services. Ross is a member of the AICPA, NSCPA and the Elko Sunrise
Rotary Club. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Great Basin
Bank of Nevada.
